About the LATINA Style 50
The LATINA Style 50 Report is the most comprehensive annual study of the 50 Best Companies for Women to Work for in the United States. For over 28 years, the program has recognized organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing women in the workplace while also honoring outstanding executives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs/BRGs) that champion inclusive leadership and professional growth.
Each year, hundreds of major corporations participate in a rigorous evaluation process.
