Top 15 Hispanic Employee Resource Groups for 2024

In honor of their outstanding achievements and contributions, LATINA Style, Inc. is pleased to announce the top 15 Hispanic Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the country. Since its launch in 2010, the ERGs selected have had a positive effect on the company's bottom line both internally and externally. ERGs that influence career outcomes and overall diversity accomplishments for the respective company are also highlighted in this recognition. The 27th Annual LATINA Style 50 Awards and Diversity Leaders Conference, which took place on May 15, 2025, revealed the winner of the Employee Resource Group of the Year for 2024.

The conference presented powerful workshops discussing issues related to ERGs in corporate America and feature prominent diversity leaders from the companies selected for the 2024 LATINA Style 50, the top 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the United States.
